We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do your electronic components come with a warranty?
Yes, all FormDTM Official hardware and electronics are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, for electronics, the item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken.
