At FormDTM Official, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FormDTM account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the electronic device and all original accessories back into the original box, ensuring you include a copy of your invoice and the RMA number inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
